FP106 - INTRO TO LIGHTROOM

COURSE OUTLINE: FP106 - Introduction to Lightroom

As one of the most popular workflow and editing tools available to photographers today the Adobe Lightroom toolset is attractively priced for the sheer functionality it provides. Initially developed to assist photographers manage large volumes of images with feature right workflow capability it has been enhanced to become a very capable digital editing tool as well.

In our two part workshop series each student will be working on their own PC and images in a 'hands-on' step by step method. Whether it is workflow design and image management, digital image editing, creating slideshows, printing or publishing to the Web, Lightroom is designed to address all these aspects. Enrol now for these 3.5 hour sessions and enhance your capability and efficiency to another level.

CONDITIONS

A minimum number of 4 students (and a maximum of 6) are required for this workshop. Kondor Photographic reserves the right to cancel a course/workshop if the minimum number of students has not enrolled. Should Kondor Photographic need to cancel the workshop for whatever reason, all fees (including retainer fee) will be refunded to those students that have already paid.

COURSE FORMAT

The instructor-led workshop consists of 2 modules of about 4 hours each.

PREREQUISITES

Register for the workshop by filling in the registration form HERE.
Students must bring the following:

- Their own laptop installed with the required software.

- Their own digital images (at least 15 to choose from).

- Own notebook and writing instruments

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

English or Afrikaans (determined by the majority group preference)

Workshop: R1,500-00 per delegate. A non-refundable retainer fee of R750-00 must accompany the registration to reserve your place. The balance of R750-00 is payable on or before the day the workshop starts.

EXTRA COSTS

Extra costs are for the student's own account. These costs include, but are not limited to:

- Developing and Printing,

- Excursion fees,

- Equipment insurance, etc.

Whenever possible, your instructor will inform you of any extra costs beforehand.
