This course consists of 9 modules and is developed for teenagers, but it is just as applicable on adults.

Module 1:

Introduction; Salutations; Non-verbal communication.

Module 2:

Please, thank you and You’re welcome; Apologies - I am sorry and making errors; Tact and discretion; Rudeness.

Module 3:

The big “NO”; Emotionless; Sharing; Setting boundaries, politeness and sharing.

Module 4:

Receiving and giving of gifts; Party-time;Teenage parties.

Module 5:

Table manners.

Module 6:

Proper attire; Good hygiene.

Module 7:

Pestering and bullies; Great conversations.

Module 8:

Cuber manners and social networks; Social etiquette;

Modile 9:

Interviews; People are important.

Course fees:

Normal costs per workshop per student is R1,250.00. A minimum of 4 students are required before a workshop is scheduled.
